Qatar's oil Minister said he did not suspect OPEC to make a decision "dramatic" during the upcoming OPEC meeting in June, and that the market is still too tersuplai.
"We think the fundamentals are fine ... I suspect OPEC to take dramatic decision," said Mohammed al-Sada told reporters on the sidelines of the meeting industry in Doha on Sunday.
