Currency Trading Tips! Get Rich!

By ForexTradingEVO.com

What is being sold in the currency market? The answer to question is simply nothing because the market works upon speculation and no physical exchange of currency takes place. The trades are saved in a computer and are sold out upon market prices. The accounts operating in dollars use dollar as the default currency to record profit and losses.

FX market exits mainly to make it easy for multinational corporations to exchange one currency into another as they have to trade currencies continually in order to pay for goods and services from foreign vendors or if a merger or acquisition takes place. About 80% of the currency market is based on speculation which is made by the financial institutions or multi-billion dollars hedge funds while the rest 20% of the market works upon day-to-day corporate needs.

As currencies are traded in pairs so it always happens that the trader shorts one and longs the other currency. Example can be that if a trader trades in for one 100,000 units of EUR/USD, it would definitely results in shortage of EUR/USD. To make this more clear here is one more example of it. If a buyer went into a showroom to purchase a car for $20,000. This event will cause the buyer a shortage of $20,000 and long one car. The buyer would be exchanging his dollars for a car. The showroom will now have $20,000 in excess now but would have 1 car in shortage. The same principle is applied to the FX market but the only difference is that no physical exchange takes place.

There is always a very little chance or opportunity for returns and investment protection in the world of foreign currency.  Russell Wasendorf SR. and JR. both have explained in very simple terms the risks, benefits and operational requirements that are needed in order to take some good amount of advantage from the markets potential. After the restriction on currency trading was struck down in recent court rulings the world of foreign currency trading is growing rapidly at a faster pace.
